By determining where to allocate more resources you can reposition assets to generate more revenue. Data is the driver for evaluating current processes and improving them.
Part of implementing a new process is to evaluate and refine as needed. If the change is not yielding meaningful results and streamlining efficiency, then additional changes need to be made. After all, what is the purpose of changing without a return on your investment?
Lessons learned and best practices are important to implement. Work smarter, not harder. Industry led practices are at the crux of where I live in my approach.
Data is not static, nor should reporting be. It's imparitive to check dashboards periodically to ensure the correct information is displaying as intended. Catching issues or errors before they are reported is the goal.
